The project is located in E'maozhai village, Baotian Town, Panxian County, Guizhou Province. It was constructed in three phases. The PhaseⅠhas a capacity of 50MW; the Phase Ⅱ has a capacity of 30MW; the Phase Ⅲ has a capacity of 120MW. The construction of the project started in early February 2017. The PhaseⅠ, Phase Ⅱ and Phase Ⅲ of the project was connected to the Grid for power generation on June 30, 2017, June 26, 2018 and December 12, 2019 respectively.
