On September 17, , 2020, Mr. Guo Wei, Chairman and Party Secretary of the Company, led a team to attend the Contract Signing Ceremony for Wind Turbines and Construction Bid Section of Qingzhou Phase III 500 MW Offshore Wind Power Project held in Yangjiang, Guangdong Province. Guang Dong Company of China Huadian Corporation Ltd., Fuxin Yangjiang Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd of Guang Dong Company of China Huadian Corporation Ltd., PowerChina Guizhou Engineering Co., Ltd., China Energy Engineering Group Guangdong Power Engineering Co. Ltd., Mingyang Smart Energy and Jiangsu Huaxicun Ocean Engineering Service Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony and signed the contract.

In his speech, Mr. Guo Wei expressed sincere gratitude to all parties who supported and helped PowerChina Guizhou Engineering Co., Ltd., and introduced to the guests the Company's efforts and gains in the leap-forward development in recent years by innovating its business model, integrating the resources of the whole new energy industry chain, coordinating the development of five major sectors, and adhering to the core values of Unite Knowledge and Action and Create Value. At 16: 10 on September 17, 2020, Mr. Jian Zhaohui, Deputy General Manager of the Company, solemnly signed the contract of "Qingzhou Phase III 500 MW Offshore Wind Power Project in Yangjiang" on behalf of the Company.
