The Company sign procurement agreement and strategic cooperation agreement with GE

This is a pageant of China and an appointment in the East to promote mutual progress and development by import and opening-up. From Nov.5 to Nov.10, the Third China International Import Expo was held in the national convention and exhibition center (Shanghai). PowerCHina Guizhou participate in the Expo for the first time and signed two “big orders”.

In the afternoon of Nov.6, the Company entered into procurement agreement and term sheet of strategy cooperation with Vestas (China) and GE Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing (Henan) Co. LTD. Mr. Yao Qiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of PowerChina, delivered a speech on behalf of the group company and witnessed the signing of strategic cooperation agreements with Vestas and GE. Mr. Tan Jiong, vice governor of Guizhou Province, Mr. Ji Hong, director of the Department of Commerce and other relevant leaders witnessed the signing ceremony at Guizhou Venue. Mr. Guo Wei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Wang Yuanhui, Vice General Manager, attended the signing ceremony.

Mr. Guo Wei accepted the interview by Guizhou TV Station after the signing ceremony. He introduced the cooperation with Vestas and GE and said, “At present, GE and Vestas have initially expressed such an intention with us to move into our high-end new energy manufacturing industrial park in Guizhou Province to serve China's new energy market.”

Participated in the Expo for the first time, we expanded our horizon by seeing the direction of efforts to catch up international advanced level and firmed our determination to practice our corporate philosophy of “knowledge-action unity and value creation” and to strengthen the inner management and build corporation brand.
