The project is located in the north of Balikun County, Hami District, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It was planned to install 134 Wind Turbines with a single unit capacity of 1.5MW and built a new 110kV Step-up Substation. The project was started in March 2015 and connected to the grid for power generation at full capacity on August 7, 2016.
