The project is located in Matou Town, Dongming County, Heze City, Shandong Province. It is planned to install 50 Wind Turbines with a single unit capacity of 2 MW. The project was started on December 1, 2018 and connected to the Grid for power generation at full capacity on December 10, 2019.
